Wayne is one of the original founders of River City Athletics established in 2014, and has served as Board President since 2016.   Wayne worked in the Bangor media market in both television and radio for 29 years before moving to Talent Acquisition at NLH, also served nearly 8 years as the North District Director for Soccer Maine, and served a three year term on the Maine Harness Racing Promotion Board, he has also been a licensed National Federation of High Schools soccer official for the last 5 years.

Ben serves as the River City Vice President and is also the boys varsity soccer coach at Brewer High School, a coach and  member of the Board of Directors of Brewer Soccer Club.

Phil is the Secretary of the RCA Board of Directors and is also the girls varsity soccer coach at Brewer High School and coaches with the Brewer travel soccer program on the youth level as well as coaches at RCA.

Kyla is the current Treasurer of River City Athletics and is a CPA with an MBA from the University of Maine and is a veteran of the US Marine Corps.  Kyla is a licensed real estate agent with Realty of Maine.

Chair of Teacher Education, Assistant Professor at Husson University

Shelly is the registrar for River City Athletics.  Shelly has her doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of New England and spent 10 yeas as an elementary classroom teacher before becoming an adjunct instructor at both Husson University and the University of Maine.
