Premier Field Hockey Academy  Skills Training

What: Individual and Group Field Hockey Skills Training with optional travel tournament play with Premier Field Hockey Academy

Who: Field Players and Goalies

What Age Groups:  Grades 3-6, Grades 6-8, Grades 9-12

WhenSaturdays: 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27 and 2/3, 2/10
8:00-9:00 am:  Grades 3-6 / Grades 6-8 / Grades 9-12 

9:00-10:00 am:  Grades 9-12 / Individual training / Goalie Training  

Where: Fields4Kids, 129 Farm Road, Bangor, ME 04401 (Located on the Beal College Campus – 99 Farm Road, Bangor)

What to Bring:  Athletes should bring mouth guard, shin guards, stick, and water 

Cost: $200 for 6-week program

Coach Edythe Dyer has been a staple in field hockey coaching in the Bangor area for the past seven years and is the foremost off-season field hockey coach in Penobscot county.  She has been head coach for varsity and junior varsity teams at John Bapst High School, Bangor High School, and is currently coaching at Hampden Academy.  She has coached individual and group sessions at Queen City Athletics and has worked with talented athletes from middle school through college.  She provides individual and group training sessions with all ages and skill levels with players from all around central and eastern Maine.  Her specialties include fundamentals, 3D skills, speed and agility training, shooting techniques, dribbling skills, defensive skills, and goalie coaching.


Some of her clients include D1-D3 bound athletes attending UMO, USM, UNE, NEC, Thomas College, etc.

Her assistant coaches include current and past players from UMO (D1), UMass Amherst (D1), Husson University (D3), and NEC (D3).  

There is no better off-season training for your field hockey player!
